Adagio in Celadon brings together sound, bodies and organic materials in an outdoor environment shaped by Ikebana and sound practices. Visitors become participants, exploring rest, gravity and the experience of being received by the ground.
The work grew from a reflection on trust and bodily surrender. The unfamiliar experience of snow — its softness, absorption of sound and altered sense of weight — becomes a starting point for an encounter with local leaves. A solitary sensation is translated into a shared, seasonal space.
Through the placement of leaves, sound and bodies, the installation extends Ikebana into a composition that changes with each participant. Healing is approached as an open inquiry into perception, connection and attentive presence.
